Using a 1:1 isolation transformer is it possible to double the 115v 60 cycle to a 200v+ supply using diodes and use it as an a B+ supply?

A 1:1 Transformer Doesn't Increase Voltage, it just isolates. But Diodes can be used as a Doubler to increase voltage. A Doubler circuit with suitable filter caps will give about 2.8 Times the RMS voltage.
115 volts Rectified will give about 160 VDC. 115 volts with a Doubler and Filter caps will give about 320 VDC.

so to get 320 volts what should the two capacitor values be for the basic doubler? I plan on using ultra fast diodes. If I knew how to upload the schematic I would but it is a basic 2 diode doubler with two capacitors. THe one to one transformer is used for isolation only. I have an old Line Isolation Monitor supplying my work station.

Ultra Fast Diodes are made for "High Frequencys", NOT 60 Hz. And What is your Expected DC Output Current?

Well, actually if the transformer is truely 2 windings, you can put them in series, feed 110v from one side to the center and rectify the whole winding with a voltage doubler you should get 600+ volts dc........but, no isolation. Sounds dangerous? Consider this; millions of "ac/dc" broadcast radios were made in the '50's. Not that many people were killed! I believe that's called a auto-transformer.

Basically you are correct. Most Auto Transformers are just a Single winding with a Tap on the winding.
The input voltage connects to one end and the tap. The Output connects to Both ends.
An Auto transformer can Double, Tripple or increase a voltage by almost Any amount.
Some Stun Guns also use Autotransformers for T1 and T2.

ALSO A BOOST TRANSFORMER COULD BE USED. EG. IT IS A TRANSFORMER WITH A FEW COILS WITH ALL THE WIRES STICKING OUT. IF EACH COIL IS RATED FOR 120 VOLTS OUT PUT, YOU CAN CONNECT 1 INPUT AND CONNECT ALL THE COILS IN SERIES THEN ALL THE OUT PUT VOLTAGE WILL ADD UP.
