Here are 3 More. Dave sent me 28 Pictures. This Forum Only Allows 3 Pictures Per Post. And None of the 28 Pictures really give any Useable Detail.

I have some BIG "E" Ferrite Cores that I can give away for Free, Excluding Shipping Cost. THESE TWO FERRITES WEIGH 250 GRAMS, (125 Grams each) SO A BIT MORE WEIGHT WHEN WRAPPED FOR SHIPPING.

That Tesla Coil is probably Not the best type of coil for a Separate Receive and Transmit Function. And your coil is not really Bi-filar wound, (Flat Coil) It is just Scramble wound.
Normally for the separate receive and transmit function, the receive coil will have more turns than the transmit coil.

[/i] it is......Voltage go more Negative....[/quote]
Than IC10 is Operating Correctly. So your problem is somewhere in the 555 Circuit or the transistor. Check the number on Transistor, it should be a 2N4125.

Sorry for the Delay in Answering, I Don't check this forum as often now.
I would suggest you Email me a CLEAR Large Picture of Both Sides of your Detector. Maybe I could see a Problem.
Is your PCB, the one that is BLACK in Color, and difficult to see the Copper Traces on it?

Hi Glen, Sorry I Don't know why this is happening on your detector. I have sold Hundreds of this detector and this has only occurred One time Before, and I Can't remember Why it happened. But if you were to Mail the PCB Back to me, I would repair it.
One Thing you might Check.
Put a Meter on Pin 6 of IC10. When Metal comes Near the Coil, Does the Voltage go More Negative, Or More Positive?
