I DO NOT Recommend ANY Circuits for is. It is NOT a good thing to do and can be dangerous, Even at LOW Current levels.

i think he's talking about joke stuff, like chinese zap! lighters and chewing gums. nothing interesting there. vibrating contact is replaced by well-known chinese "black drop" IC it has a pulse generator and a switch embedded. you can implement this by number of ways, using bare parts (self-oscillating) or PWM IC... but Gary is right, making something like that without proper knowledge and measuring its output can be dangerous... it can become a bad joke

I have built these small circuts in the past. Its not like a stun gun just a tingle extremely low amperage., like Lamazoid said just the shock lighter ,pen or chewing gum type of shock ...not anything that would mess with a pacemaker. I use to have many circuit diagrams for these but cannot find them. I had built them when the internet was a baby,or at least when 28k modem was high speed. Merry Christmas and happy Holidays to all!
