Is there a reasonable $$$$ charge controller out there somewhere. I am looking at the PM Alternators at Wind Blue www.windbluepower.com/ but I want to dissipate the excess generated into a 12V calrod in a water tank via a controller. Any Ideas Carl

Read the Post Below: "Dump load question".
And I'm working on a new design.

Gary, I'm interested in your charge controller setup when done. I'm looking for a controller as described by you and Richard. I have been to other power and it looks similar to Richards. I have not sourced the parts required , I take it Mouser is a good choice for purchases in Canada? Any better ideas or links? Anyways, I could ask Richard about his setup if yours will take any length of time to get finalized and get back to yours in the future. I might ask if yours will accept solid state relays as I have a few that want to get used up.
Thanks guys,,Keith

I have done some serious damage to my right arm, not sure how, but lots of pain.
one Dr. says its "Tennis Elbow". Not sure i believe that! Going to get a second opinion, i think
Severe Pain extends from "my wrist up to and including my shoulder".
so almost everything is on hold. now typing with left hand, right arm in a sling.
not even sure i can fill the orders i have coming..
But anyway, SEASONS GREETING TO ALL.
Gary

I contacted Gary earlier.....I need to regulate a wide range of DC voltage output 12v to 100v to a steady 12v to 14v output without amps loss.
