The PCB Software is not the problem. It another program I use for creating and editing Schematics that is the problem.
But I hop to have a solution tomorrow.

Well the filter i had on hand did help, but seems like the Voltages at pin #3 is a lot higher then i originally expected, also the LED flicker still So maybe i'll do what you suggested Gary and maybe get Replace the 470ohm resistor for a 2.5K pot ( i have in hand ) and see if i can get the adjustment with in range to trip. Too bad i'm at work and the components i have are at home!!!
