So after reading a story on another forum about a guy with a big pickup who added two extenders to his primary O2 sensor along with an hho setup, who claimed to pick up 25 % increased milage improvement on the road and 33 % in town, I decided to try it before I added my Efie. But, after 104 miles, my little Scion (call it toyota) XB used 3.6 gallons of Union 76 Regular. That's only 29 mpg! OUCH! What happened. That's a loss of 4 mpg. I better quite writing and remove the extenders from the car. It's 'sposed to rain soon which will create the 24/7 cold fog condx we get here in central CA. Any ideas why this happened I'd sure like to hear 'em.

The Problem with All these Claims is Mis-Information.
TYPICALLY: IF the person Doesn't tune up his vehicle BEFORE adding the Hydrogen, or installing these Effie Devices, They can get Large Gains.
But IF they DO tune up there vehicle Before hand, they usually get Little to NO Gains. Sometimes Losses, like yours.

Well, today I removed the second extension I had drilled out to 1/2 inch and substituted two short ones left to 1/4 inch. I then went on another test drive on the freeway. This time 94 miles. The tank needed 2.8 gals of gas to fill back up. That comes out about 34 mpg, or I got my 33 back plus a trifle. I've read hho allows one to lean out your gas mixture so that'll be the next project. Wish me luck! I believe once the new Prez takes office and he and congress declares new oil drilling is off now, pump gas prices will be $5.00 again in no time.
