It seems all this type of thing has moved to Facebook. I first got on the internet back in 1992. It was definitely a different beast then. You have a Facebook page in regards to Electronics? If not, ever think about making one? I Have one, But Not interested in pursuing it further.

I would just recommend using a Ferrite Rod. 1/4 or 3/8 inch Diameter, Possibly 1.25 to 1.5 inches long. They allow for Better HV Insulation.
Pot Cores and that RM6 Core, can easily result in Arcing inside the assembly.
You also need to make sure your Probe's Arc Distance is Shorter than any Arc Distance of this Coil.

Yeah I ran into the limitation.7.4v 500ma lipo? Works fine. 7.4v 800mA? No go. Too much current for the CCFL. Im going to get this bobbin. www.aliexpress.com/item/32849583201/32849583201.htmlI have some decent Litz wire I am going to use for the primary, and for the secondary what would you suggest in guage size. I’ve read so much about how to make these properly, so I should be ok. That Bobbin is Not very Practical for a Good High Voltage. A Ferrite Rod would be Better.

That looks like a Reasonable HI Voltage FLYBACK Transformer.
Most of the Mosfets I use are just a Few MiliOhms. Such as a STP75NF75

I’ve read this thread over a few times. Been looking over the science behind these for the past year after being dissapointed with the cheap eBay stun guns, and even a U.S. made Nova one. I have a few quick questions and I hope not to annoy anyone by them. Could you use a SPW-80 Inverter transformer that are used in LCD TVs with a modified primery set up with a center tap for a T1? I believe the T1s in the Nova and others are a bit underpowered. I was going to use the T2 out of it, but after reading this I might not be able to.. Also, wouldn’t using trench mosfets be beneficial in a stun gun circuit? I Have No Knowledge on that Inverter Transformer. And Not sure What a TRENCH Mosfet is or their specific Applications. I have had No Problems just using an IRF640 or IRF740.

as i can figure from the description, it's a simple interrupter, implemented on discrete ICs. input is 12v, but output claimed to be 24v... hmm.. we see no inductors , but those two electrolytes on the board make me guess.... right, the thingyson charge pump! so nothing really weird about that thing, it can be constructed by many ways, depending on parts you have... I Doubt he has any Electronic Knowledge. He wanted me to Design something like that. I Doubt it would be very useful to other people and have better things to do than that.

it is said that "This Desulfating Process, "May take a LONG TIME"." how can we determine when it ends? by resistance meter readings? also, can we speed up the process by increasing the amplitude of voltage spikes? You Can't really determine When it ends, other than watching for changes in the Meter Reading. The Horizontal Mounted Trim-Pot Determines the Strength of the Pulses. I Recommend setting this one at About 50% Rotation. Increasing it too much will Create Higher Current Pulses, But will also cause the battery to Charge Up Too HIGH in Voltage. The Vertical Mounted Tri-Pot on my circuit Determines the Reference, Meter Reading. Set This one, After you have set the Horizontal Trim-Pot. When or If the reading goes LOWER, it Indicates the batteries Internal Resistance is also going Lower. This would be Good. Do NOT Change the Strength of the Pulses without Re-Setting the Meter, or the Meter Readings become Useless.

We have also seen Seals in Chile. Lots of them on the Ocean Coastline there.
The Hobbit Houses are Mostly Just FRONTS for filming. It is just a Movie set, Most of them are Just Fronts and their Doors on them Don't Open. Personally, I have never watched to Hobbit Movie. (My Lady has seen the movie)
The PUB is Real and is used in the movie.
Because of the Movie Script, They needed a Tree their and it was easier to make one, than try to Move such a Large Tree onto that spot. It is just a Movie Prop. And it Must have cost them a LOT of money to create that.
Movie Making Companies, Spend Millions of Dollars of their Movie Sets, But they hope to make MUCH MORE MONEY when it hits the Theaters. Even Close Up, It ALMOST looks Real.

Lamazoid. Possibly, but Just a Volt Meter should tell you that one cell is dead. 12.6 is normal. 10.5 if one cell is totally dead.
Kiloamp. R10 Should do it, But could change Both.
