Hi everyone. Could anyone here recommend a supplier for the larger heatsinks? I am looking for one like displayed on Chem's Ultimate PWM he is working on. Maybe a 3" by 5" or simular. Thanks for your assistance.

Read about the "Fan" listed next. It'll cool anything!

Reguardless of Any Fan on transistors or mosfets, You Still NEED a Heatsink to get Surface Area for the cooling.
A Fan May Reduce the size of the Heatsink, But it Won't Eliminate the need for a heatsink.
And FANs aren't always the answer, Especially if your Limited in Current capability.
"jmike", Try Digikey.com or Phone 1-800-DIGIKEY.
