What would be Most Ideal would be Oil Filled and vacuumed to get it in all between the layers.

Yes More Difficult, But If done properly it won't leak. Oil is Self Healing, Wax, Epoxy and Silicone are not.

Got another question. Why do some people put the primary beneath the secondary, and some over it? What are the benefits of each? I would think putting it over would be a lot less hassle if you had to adjust the turns.

I would think putting it over would be a lot less hassle if you had to adjust the turns. that's usually a design-specific thing, rather than any physical reasons. when winding T1, i prefer primary OVER secondary (you may call this "reversed order" ) with T2, both methods are used, depending on design type and actual implementation..

It makes more sense to me to put the primary over the secondary when making a step up transformer simply because of space restraints. I have a P bobbin core, a RM6, and RM8. Going to try them all just for experimental reasons. They of course will not be as fanciful as yours is. I dont have access to the bobbins you do at the moment so I have to make do with what I have. My older brother has a 3D printer, but getting ahold of him, or him finding time seems to be an impossibility. Once I get a vacuum chamber setup ill work on the output one.
I have read a lot in the many Russian based forums. I’ve tried to understand what they are saying to the best of my ability. I do find those with an opinion of you goes from one extreme to another. Either they hate you exist, or they think you are brilliant. 😆
You can’t please everyone all the time.
I do appreciate the time you have given me.

yeah, they hate i exist, because i prevent them of fooling people with those sh*tty devices they make. and sh*tty advices they give. when it comes to money interest, ethics passes away, unfortunately that's usual case for Russia... i have never did, do, or will do any commercial projects related to stun guns. i can't even imagine myself selling those sh*tty "plans" and "parts" (wrapped by scotch tape , lol) , like those sheep f**kers do. information must be free!

It would be nice if you could find sectional bobbins at least. If I had the means I’d make a bunch and sell them on eBay for low cost. Enough to make my money back.
Someone could make a killing if they wanted to.

It is easy Enough to get a Machine Shop, (With Automatic Machining) to make them at a Reasonable Price for reasonable Quantities. Problem is not everyone wants the SAME bobbin for the Same Ferrite Cores.
Glass Filled Delrin is the Best Material for this.
