Hi Gary, Super flashes!!! I found it under your projects as A Simple 12 V Strobe. Take care, Dante I Agree. CORRECTION: A 1 WATT LED ( That is a 10 Watt LED.) It will also Flash a Car Headlight. But Because of Slow Cooling of the Filament, Flashes are Only good at Slower Speeds.

Yes, with leds it will flash better. It let me think of your Fencer 2 diagram!

This Lamp is on High Beam. youtu.be/ErBcsX2FqWMFor this Headlight, I had to change the 50K on-time Pot to 100K to Increase the On-time. High Current Filaments are Slow to turn on fully.
