about the joe cell in the video this is just a video I dit not build it but build one just like that and I am not making cell's to put in a car I build cell's to make pure hydrogen no oxigen the one in the video draws like 10 amp's but than again i use special water that means it is water that is almost pure like H2O there almost no substance in it it has a ppm from 2 and so it becomes very resistant to current to make it work again i also use KOH so that i dont make CO2 like whit baking soda
Weither you use Special, Pure water (Distilled Water) or Not, Doesn't make any difference, Contrary to Claims made on the Internet.
But you do Need K0H or Na0h to Dramatically Increase Conductivity.
As to That Circuit, It is Really Not very useful. Really it's No Better than just Straight DC Electrolysis
bout that Distilled Water this is not H2O and H2O is not something you can Bye in a store you have to make it you can get it up to 98 percent pure whit filters and beceause i wanted to do the experiment right I started looking wher I needed to start and you should begin whit clean water H2O there can be no carben parts in it and whit the normel filters like 20 micron your not gone make it I use like 6 times a 0.05micron filter and do it more then 1 time and so youl become something that looks like H2O
al this is beceause H2O cunducts no electricity this together with hy voltage like min 2Kv or pulsed circuit makes it posible to get more H out off the same cell
Properly Distilled Water is Better than 99.999% H20. But you need to buy it from a Chemical Lab Supplier.
Typical Distilled water from a Grocery or Drug Store is Not pure, but still exceeds 99.98% H20.
Conduction of Water has Nothing to do with CARBON in the water. It has mostly to do with its PH value.
But by the time you add the K0H, any other contaments are just a Very, Very Tiny amount of contament, compared to the K0H and won't make any difference.
if you try to get let's say 12 volt 30 amp's you will create much more heat and whit a pulsed circuit not
Obviously you don't understand WHY?
A voltage Pulsed at a 25% Duty Cycle is really only 1/4 the current. So the cell is OFF for 75% of the time, allowing it to Cool between pulses. -------------------------
But if you use the Correct Amount of K0H, and the Appropriate Voltage for your cells plates, You will even have MUCH LESS Heating.
However, If you add a BLOWER to your Carburator, you will gain the Same amount of Mileage, without adding Hydrogen and/or HH0.

well I got this expensive cell from down under and so far it works good it makes hydrogen en oxigen separatly it works with a membrane well 4 off them and I cant find what the material is made off it looks like plastic paper with a million holes and it is very thin so also fragile
Even a Ladys Nylon Stocking will work.
But Reguardless of the Material, If you Create a Vacuum on the Hydrogen Side to pull the Hydrogen Gas Out, It can also pull the Oxygen through.
