And for how much? actually, questions about "when" are out of my competence. i have completed design of S1, and now the question is about money&parts stock, production plans, etc... all this is very hard in Russia, as i already told you so, we believe first ones will come about the end of summer, at price roughly $200...

Lamazoid: Where do you get those "Epcos, 2500e". Or can you supply them?

Lamazoid: Where do you get those "Epcos, 2500e". Or can you supply them? We order them in big quantities directly from EPCS. distributor. I believe in Europe|USA|Canada it should be much easier, since you have mega-distributors like Farnell, Mouser, Elfa, etc. Or i can ship some of those parts personally to you.

I checked with "Farnell & Mouser", and they do carry some Epcos Parts, But they don't seem to carry that Particular part. What would it cost for me to get just 2 or 3 of these from you? And What Shipping Cost to Canada?I Believe there may be Other Parsons also Interested in Obtaining these.

I can ship you just for free, cost does not matter, main problem in Russia is the itself PROCESS of shipping, especially international shipping. Its very boring and complicated and SLOW So, each coming to POST office is a real mind TORTURE I'm not kidding, here its real, everyone hates Russian post So i can ship a bulk ONCE for you, and if you wish you can ship to others... Tell me, which parts except 2500V arrresters you need, i have: 1400v and 2500v arresters, RIFA 22n 1600V capacitors, Epcos 100n 1000V capacitors, R3000F diodes.

Hi Lamazoid, THANKS.
I Sent you an EMAIL as being the Moderator, I have access to it. I also sent you a Private Message on here, Just incase that Email address is no longer in use.
Shipping parts to Other Countries from Canada is also becoming a Problem here. Not so much a Post Office problem, But the Various "US" and "other Countries", "CUSTOMS OFFICALS" are getting Worse.
But for me to Send you some Money for these parts is Also Not a Problem.
Take care....Gary

....good old Gary from Hedley B.C., the man himself! I must say I'm a bit surprised that you yourself have to shop around for components outside North-America. I guess the jig's finally up then huh? The "wonderful" USA's plans to create a new worldwide ficticious enemy (the so-called muslim terrorists) by desintegrating two of the US's largest fallic symbols (WTC twins) and the rest of the WTC shacks in midtown NYC, using a low and high pressure area (static electr. field) and some rf-interference, so as to blame it on "Those d**ned terrorists!!", which subsequently resulted in the Bush-administrations plans to invade and control not only oil, but especially the poppy-fields in afgh., to be approved by the US citizens and all western nations' support. Basically giving them cart-blanche to detain anything and anybody under the so called H.S.A. and Patriot Act, and other BS alike. which itself has resulted in people all over the world giving away the last bits of (the illusion of) freedom to feel safe again. Gee, where have I heard that before ? WW1, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, Irak 1990, etc., etc. , etc. We are living Orwell's 1984 scenario, but my point is, it's getting hard to send things from person to person these days, isn't it? If you want to find some parts, here's a good URL which is from a company in the Netherlands and they list all the parts mentioned on the steelrats as well as this site. I wish more people would wake up and get organised.....sigh...... Cheers, Nescio
